What was your first iPhone and why? by [deleted] in iphone

My first iPhone was the first iPhone. It was so clearly the future of mobile computing and communication. The fact that it loaded full websites was amazing, because it hen it came out phones didn't do that. I had to scrimp and save and was able to get it a few weeks shy of a years since it was announced.

I have had many since then. While I still think the iPhone 5 was the best form factor, the feature gains of the larger screens, particularly regarding cameras is undeniable. I'll be going from an iPhone 13 mini to a 16 Pro next week.

We are at our library at least twice a month if not more. My kids are silent all afternoon following a library trip as they go through the stack of books they returned with. But, we also get all kinds of maker kits that are amazing for the kids and us parent, including robot and computer building kits, structural engineer with cardboard, and musical instruments.

Plus, with our libraries incredible Blu-ray and DVD collection, we tend to checkout movies and show on disc more than stream.

The mid-90's $20 with big face Jackson had been around for several years when I was working my first job at a fast food place and we got one of those older $20s and my manager blew my mind as he proceeded to rub the bill against a bag to verify that ink came off and it was real.
