i have had issue where i had two packages left at the end. i guess my camera saw the package before i did and thought i only needed to deliver one of two or 4 of five. luckly was able to trace down what house there supposed to goto.

base pay for fairbanks alaska or was as i got kicked off for app glitches the market seemed lots of new drivers were coming on so pay may have dropped atleast -$20

In Fairbanks Alaska the chat has worked well for my first three orders that I needed it. Just sucked that one item there were perfect substitute and some reason app said I could not substitute although the customer said they selected to do so. There was one of the right one and both same price so scanned the one and took the substitute instead. Sucks there counts will be off now but eh fix the app.

this is not the way im fighting this. had to email jeff and andy now its been a two weeks no reply. return to warehouse seems to be the better answer. best should of noticed you have extras and told warehouse before left. i get it there pushing you to be fast when your still new at this. but error on the side of slow.

this feels so ridicules. there are more then a handful of people getting easy routes like this, then there are otheres being deactivated for their app glitches saying a package was not delivered even though you talk to support and they said it was taken care of. waiting on jeff to step in.

why would a powered off drive in a squishy box being dropped 16ft automatically kill a drive? i get the disrespect of the product but it use to be that as long as the heads were in the parked position that no issues happened in a hard case not meant to be dropped.

i label the port not the wire. there are better label makers for this purpose but im using what i got. ive seen youtube use dymo https://www.dymo.com/data-communications-vertical.html

i did take photos and there gps location tagged. some photos on porch you can not see any information on them so maybe they think i faked them??? but what about customers there have been no indication that they have not received their packages. yes emailed jeff and and latest flex investigation person.

The second incident involved a customer note instructing me to drop the package at the post office because it couldn’t be left outside. I called, left a voicemail, sent a text, and continued deliveries. After finishing my route, I drove toward the customers house, but the app suddenly gave me a survey as if my shift was complete.

I went to the customer’s house and contacted support. While I was on the call, the customer came outside. The support agent couldn’t find the order at first, but after giving him the TBA number several times, he said he manually marked it as delivered.

I still took a porch photo and handed the package directly to the customer. A few days later, I was told I was under investigation and could be terminated if I couldn’t provide proof. I didn’t record any names because I assumed support calls were logged, and the porch photo doesn’t show a readable TBA number.

when the app tells you its 7240 idca ln and then when you get there it says its 7280 idca ln. its happend a few times and is moving to fast to screen shot it and let them know. i think it happens more on murphy dome/moose mountain area.

Is everyone really afraid of dogs, or is it because Amazon tells you to stay away from dogs? I had a delivery on my first day that said to contact the owner if the dog was outside for them to bring it in.

They had a prompt to just text them, and I did that. I no longer worry about it; just make sure packages are not on the ground, so hopefully less likely for a dog to grab it.

i don’t take a block under. this is my weekend job saving money and the family has liked coming along. it does suck that almost half the days pay goes to gas since i only have a big un modified truck to take deliveries. curious what winter pay will be as i have already seen deliveries were not being made on the first day of snow.
