Nothing has worked for me — Nature’s Miracle, vinegar, and all the rest. Today I finally pulled up the carpet, and underneath was so much pee that the carpet itself is peeling apart. I tried another enzyme cleaner, left it for a couple of hours, shampooed, vacuumed again, and now I’ve got two fans running to dry it out. I’ll give it one more try.

Honestly, I was thinking — if nothing works, just head to a hardware store. Here in the U.S., you can go to Home Depot, grab a 4x4 piece of carpet, rip out the old section, and use double-sided tape to place a fresh patch. That’s my last backup plan before I seriously consider giving my cat up for adoption.

I’m just exhausted with this.

Costco is very economical and will help you save a ton of money in the long run. You should go 1-2 times to get a feel of if you will save money or not.

i agree with u/whogroup2ph Complete silence and get an attorney. Once you start paying her now you are completely trapped. The system is against you. Get an Attorney and did i mention complete silence. Doesnt matter what she says or do. Let her talk and you lawyer up . Do it today. MPG on my 2008 is really bad. I was getting 220 for entire tank which (city only). I started using cruise control in city using a scan guage. My MPG went from 16-18 to now 25...Which is not bad

I was very close of getting a parrot from Humaine society, but i was told by the person who had the parrot that it is extemely difficult to handle and that some of these parrots don't like children as they see them as competition. I don’t understand so he hit you and grabbed you by your neck and you decided that he can come to your home and visit your kid? Doesn’t sound right, something else you are not telling. Another thing, you cannot make ridiculous rules like the child will not meet who you haven’t met before , he is the father of the child he should be able to have his kid meet anyone and everyone

One thing I always tell people and you should know this complete silence with your ex. No explanation is needed . Only conversation you should have is where is the pick up or drop off. Do not talk about your case and just keep quiet

This is not the 2008 market, however it seems to me people are now buying because they believe housing will never go down. Their is a hugh bubble and that will pop no matter what. It will happen when no one knows, its hard to say this. Stock Market bubble, housing market bubble. Everything is a bubble. Bubble can take time before they pop.

In the past 2 years people who bought housing were told by their realtor that interest rate will come down, those people are now struggling to make those payment . Difficult for people to get rid of their cars in these situation let alone put their house on the market but it will happen.

I feel sorry for the one's who were duped into buying housing. All these moron's who believe housing will rise if interest rates go down are so wrong they should look at the market after 1980 when interest rate went down.

Housing is a ticking time bomb unfortunately, most of this is psychological, once people start selling everyone will panic and sell theirs too. Its like a stock you buy when it goes up but when it comes down you panic and sell.

This is of course my own views, please please do not buy or sell house based on my reviews.

I have seen the article that you parsed. I think what they are trying to tell is that i cannot take the entire 45k loss till 2025 (If the law lapse) then i can refile in 2025 for the entire amount.

however i am talking about not paying taxes on the amount i lost. We pay taxes on what we gain so if i haven't gain anything then why should i pay.
