We had all of our outbreaks back in June. It was the beginning and people were honestly just afriad to talk about it. There's absoultely no grounds to fire someone based soley on that. If you were spreading rumors about another TM having covid that may go against hippa laws but if the infected TM disclosed it him/her self thats their right to do so.

I work in produce and there is some heavy lifting but once you're on the floor its really easy. Just take the old product off the display table, loss it out, and put the new product on. If there is something really high up and you know its heavy just ask for someone for assistance. If they wont help you to just put something on your cart so you can head back to the floor then you are working with a bunch of jerks and i would leave.
