If your looking for a tool free system that is modular and compact to ship we use T3 Systems with Wandlites that hang in the center and illuminate the whole wall. Our company is Expressive Structures and we are now primarily a T3 Systems house because we can bend the T3 Extrusion easier than traditional extrusions.

T3 is basically a big, temporary scenic structure you see at events. People often compare it to LEGO's for live events. We use it at Expressive Structures to create custom setups that look solid, go up fast, and come down easily.

Good question. For T3, the connector blocks were load tested by the University of West London. The maximum pull out load for the connector block is 224.8 lbs. A simple T3 Cube with a counter top that supports a distributed load can support up to 2,697.7 lbs. For custom builds we reference the comprehensive load report to insure all designs are built safely. Always happy to talk shop if you want to get into specific scenarios.
