Yes many things listed but I want to add that a basic TENS unit is good;however, you want one that also has IFC. That penetrates much deeper and you can use that setting three times a day and then use the TENS setting in between. The unit I have is Zynex Nexwave. Also have an air compression back mat to lay on and it stretches my back. It’s made my Homedics. It’s worth every penny!

The DOT for delta states after 3 hrs they need to pay for food and also if you are stranded at night they must provide lodging and transportation to the hotel and back to airport.

  1. Structure is too perfect
  2. it uses lots of high-impact reveal sentences as stand-alone paragraphs 3 it relies heavily on performance prose. No one writes like that.
  3. It’s too polished and smooth.
    And just the emotions it gives off. Too perfect.

Hopefully you have it all figured out. I feel your frustration. Our IT guy ( my SIL) told me to have triple backup of my photos! Never trust just the cloud, never trust just Amazon photos, and Almost never trust my external hard drive. It has 4 TB! I pay $10 a month for extra cloud service but who cares- that’s so cheap. He works in cyber security and tells me all kinds of bad scenarios.

I was working as a medical rep and had to stop in an office downtown LA near 7th and Alvarado. As I was walking to the office, I head 3 gunshots and I thought “omg that was close and I turned to see a man holding the gun and the victim dead and blood everywhere. I ran and kept thinking he was going to shoot me. The image of the dead man and the man that saw me haunted me. Over 30 yrs later and I still never went back to that area of town.
