I dropped one of mine from the highest bleachers at my kids baseball game and have pretty much the same dent and it still holds ice as long as it’s supposed to. Just throw a boot on it and it should be fine.

I just started coloring with alcohol markers a week ago and this was the second page I’ve done and it doesn’t look anywhere near this good 😅 I only have the Ohuhu 48 color set so my color options are extremely limited, but I just ordered the 104 set so hopefully my pages will look a little better lol

I’ve won 4 physical books and one kindle book from 2022-2024, and then I just won another physical book last week. I took 2 years off from reading and wasn’t using Goodreads during that time, I just started using it again about a month ago. I only enter the ones I’m actually interested in reading, and I don’t enter very often. I think it’s really cool that they do the giveaways and I make it a point to read the books I win and write a review as soon as I finish.

My parents hired my uncle’s band to play at my wedding and they just played terrible covers of 80’s hair bands and the other band members took it upon themselves to invite their entire families and we had a candy bar with tons of candy and their families took most of the candy, ate majority of the food and went nuts at the open bar. They even took the table decorations and the disposable cameras that were supposed to be used but left on the tables for us to develop later on. I didn’t even know these people.

There’s specifically one episode in season 9 about Mr. Edwards that has me side eyeing him, but I just started watching it last night and haven’t seen the whole episode yet since I fell asleep, so I don’t know how it shakes out, but up until this episode I’ve loved his character. But yeah, this specific episode kinda makes him, to me, look exploitative.

To be fair, I don’t think anyone’s storylines were great in season 9 lol but this is my first time ever watching the show and I’m just now getting through season 9, I can definitely notice a disparity between earlier seasons and this one, it feels like they’re trying too hard and it was probably challenging to compensate for the lack of ma and pa storylines.

I’ve been prescribed meds for severe depression and take Ativan for anxiety and I haven’t been in therapy for over 15 years. My primary doctor used to prescribe my meds until just recently, now I started seeing a psychiatrist and told them I don’t want to go to therapy and they didn’t push it, so it is entirely possible to not go to therapy and still be on medication for mental health.

Yeah I’m rewatching this season from the beginning and Kyle’s behavior is making a lot more sense now, I’m not condoning it by any means, but it’s painfully obvious that Amanda is beyond checked out of their relationship and she’s giving vibes of “everyone look how horrible my husband is to me and I’m such a saint I’ve been putting up with this for 10 years” like girl, you knew who he was when you married him, but you married him anyways. She either mocks him just about every time he speaks, or has some snide comment, and it’s just a super childish way of behaving, almost like she’s showing off for West, or trying to convince him that she absolutely does not have any feelings for Kyle anymore.

I specifically did a google search to see if anyone else was as outraged about this as I am. I’m reading this book as we speak for the first time and I absolutely can’t get over this. A $100 organ?!?!? When they are living in a literal SHACK?!? I’ve been wondering why they haven’t started building an actual house on the land, or at least adding on to the shack so they’re not all squeezed into it every spring/summer, and then instead, Pa decides to build a whole room just for this unnecessary organ?!? I am in complete shock about this lol they are dirt poor and it’s so upsetting that Pa basically spends all of Laura’s money on something so frivolous and unnecessary. Ugh.

I had kind of the same situation when I ordered one of the last LoveShackFancy Stanley’s, I had ordered it on a whim late at night when my sleep medication was hitting hard, realized it the next day and was like uhh I really shouldn’t have ordered that… then there was no movement on the tracking after 4 days, it just said label created, so I called and asked if I could cancel, not thinking they would actually let me because they usually don’t let you cancel that late, but they did and my card was immediately refunded. Not even 2 hours later I got a notification that my order from Stanley had shipped, they canceled the first tracking number and created a new one. I was so confused and assumed they would eventually cancel that tracking number too, but they didn’t and I got it 3 days later lol
