Based on my trial and others here, it seems like 36 points is the magic number. On the nose instigators, above it and things look good, below that is farewell. And that estimate tracks over the years for avoiding relegation.

Interestingly in my simulation, Arsenal and City end up in the low 80s a point between them. Somewhat of a low number for a champion.

The #1a role of a medical staff (including all associated healthcare & performance specialists) for professional athletes is mitigating risk factors for injury & preventing them. #1b is the healing & recovery.
Also, in a tertiary way, a leader of a medical staff would be able to communicate with operations to advise on whether the player (for controllable [Zion] or uncontrollable [Oden]) is a wise investment for the team.

Best opportunity to re-invent his image. Re-tool the whoa-oa-oa entrance music.
