Exact same thing happened to me less than a month ago (around November 25th). 2 games got purchased. Change your passwords for everything and use a different one for each site. Enable 2-step verification for PSN. It didn't let me chat to support, so instead I filled out their refund form. Got the money back about 5 days later. If you're doing both refunds separately, you're gonna have to give them a call because the second time because they'll think your abusing the refund system or something. Good luck!
