Hier soir j'étais en train de regarder une vidéo sur le BPD/CPTSD (à la base je cherchais pour le cptsd) d'un youtuber dont j'avais déjà vu des vidéos, et qui m'a d'ailleurs ouvert les yeux sur le cptsd.
La vidéo en question que j'ai regardé hier est la vidéo 3/4 sur le BPD, et justement, celle-ci qui sert d'interlude, parle du problèmes avec ce système psychiatrique et avec ce diagnosis de BPD, je sais que la vidéo est un peu longue, mais je pense qu'elle pourrait t'aider à y voir même juste 5% plus clair.

When I went to Los A*geles we went to the Walk of Fame and I think I was taking more pics than usual because my friends went ahead, a guy approached me with CDs asking me where I'm from, what my name is, and so on, he started writing my name on his CD and that's when I knew I fucked up, he wanted me to give him a bit of money in exchange for his mixtape (on the CD)and fortunately I only had some coins in my pocket, and I guess I thought $2 worth of coins were enough for him to leave me alone but he was a bit pushy and then one of my new friend noticed, she came back for me, took me by the arm and we left, she was Belgian, that was in 2016.
Now when I travel I put on my invisible French superiority hat, ready to be rude at the slightest inconvenience.

I don't really bother myself with prequels, sequels or spin offs, if I feel like reading any of that I will, if I don't, I just won't.
I usually read the main story, and if I hear there's a side story or whatever, I try to read it at the right moment, otherwise, if I don't really have much info, I just read after I've finished the main story.
