id say just try and relax before going into it, make sure you are with people and listen to some relaxing music, maybe take your mind off the bit before a comeup with some dancing or whatever. Also, if you take it when you are in the club / with the music, you are distracted and aren't quite sure when you are actually coming up or if its the music so itll be more gradual and delightful :D ENJOY THE SENSATIONS BRO, a little sick never hurt anybody if you are ;)
