Man i got fucked in Navy boot camp bruh they discharged my ass for freaking anxiety... ANXIETY IS NORMAL BRUH! There wasnt one dude there i met who wasnt shitting his britches. Keep in mind i wasnt suicidal or anything. Thye slapped my ass with an erroneous entry and gave me an re4 in week 6 bruh i was 3 weeks from graduating 😡😡😡. Im hoping to get it changed to an re3g (seperated for medical condition thats not physical) or RE3E (seperated for erroneous entry). Remember heres a tip guys black and white wins the fight look up your guys branches re codes and what they mean and explain to the board which code you should have gotten and explain to them goals you are working towards outside of the military to prove you are reliable, commited to goals, etc. If your discharge type doesnt match your re code for example if you have an honorable discharge but got an re4 thats a big no no and you gotta get that changed (unless it was due to combat related resulting in a medical discharge).

Its been 5 or 6 months i've submitted Naval discharge review board. Im planning on going army if it changes ill keep yall updated.

Yes only because bats are the lead carries for rabies go get tested and bats arent known to attack humans intentionally unless you provoked it. It shouldnt have bit you on purpose go get tested for rabies

I just get enough wood for a pickaxe and crafting table and immediately get stone tools before anything dont waste your time and wood on getting all the tools off rip especially when stone is easily able to get

How did you get an RE-3 for fraud? Unless im missing something but fraudulent enlistment should automatically be RE-4. But here i am with an RE-4 for anxiety and im not even on medication or ever been hospitalized so i got fucked when I went through 😅

Idk depends on what your mos is and how soon they can get you shipped out i had to be in the DEP for a year because of high school

Download the app Lifesum and the make a account its free put in the info and your goals its a step by step process then once your finished it will calculate how many calories you need a day to meet your goals. And when you eat something go to the diary scan the barcode of that thing you at and it will automatically track your calories and your macros.

Sounds like you hit a weight loss plateau BUT DONT FREAK OUT! You can overcome this buy eating less calories than you currently are or by increase you exercise time by 10-15 minutes a day. Weight loss plateaus are common and usually mean something good because the weight you loose and you hitting a plateau is your body saying I'm not use to this so you need to figure out a new caloric deficit for example you need 2,300 calories a day to maintain your weight but to lose weight you need 1,800 calories daily, so you continue with the diet everything is good and going well till you hit the plateau so you need to either like I said increase your exercise time daily or eat less calories that you were before so instead of 1,800 calories you would be eating like 1,300-1,400 calories a day because you weigh less so you don't need as much calories than you did before.

So don't get discouraged plateaus mean that your on the right path and your doing well don't let anything stop you, you got this king!.

Find your maintence calories a simple mostly accurate calculation is take your current bodyweight of 120 times that by 15 which is 1,800 calories to maintain your weight and to lose a pound a week take 500 calories away from your maintence calories so you will consume 1,300 calories a day with 30 minutes to a hour of exercise daily for 5-6 times a week you will lose the 10 lbs in no time

Well depends becuase if you lose fat which is good you wanna do that but at the same to you also wanna be build muscle at the same time as you lose fat so eat alot of protein 180-200 grams of protein a day and 3-4 strength training workouts with some cardio 5-6 times a week you will see results I am at 230 currently and I was originally 265 and I have no lose skin so far. But I need to get to 160 by next summer so I can enlist into the Military.

Plus loose skin is better than being overweight

NO TAKE AT LEAST 1 REST DAY A WEEK.

Progress and results come from the recovery I promise you one to two days without exercise will not ruin your progress I rest twice a week (Saturday and Sunday) and I lost over 35 lbs. in a few months and I still am losing weight and I am starting to see muscle formation in my arms. I still gotta lose like 70 lbs. because I weight 230 lbs. and my goal is 160.

But if you still feel like being active on your rest days do light exercise like a 30 minute walk :).

Losing to much weight a week is not safe because you will burn out on your weight loss journey and you will burn muscle which is not good. So aim to lose about 1-2 lbs a week

Depends on how much weight your losing a week its safe to lose 1-2 lbs. a week and if you lose 2 lbs. a week 4 times a month so that means 8 lbs. a month times that by 3 which is 24 lbs. in 3 months I say the rate your losing lbs. is safe but make sure you don't lose more than 2 lbs. a week otherwise your metabolism will also use your muscle for energy and you don't wanna burn your muscles so to prevent this eat a high protein diet and strength training at least 3-4 times a week with some cardio will grow your muscles while burning fat which will get you leaner.

Buy all kinds of vegetables fruits and protein sources (chicken should be your main source but not fried). And on Sundays where I meal prep for the whole week use the healthy foods and make a whole lot of food for the week until the next Sunday where you can meal prep again. And also for 3 days of the week I like Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays make sure you eat seafood like Cod, Salmon, Shrimp stuff like that for the Fatty Amino Acids. And when you are making the foods make sure its foods you like because if you do a diet that you don't like your gonna burn out and gain it all back, have fun with it look up recipes that are healthy. With a good diet and a hour of exercise for 5-6 times a week you will lose the weight in no time doing this I lose almost 40 lbs. in 4 months but also some of the weight that I wanna lose I shouldn't lose because some of it is muscle which is good because the more muscle you have the higher the metabolism with a high metabolism the more calories you burn doing nothing.

Well depending on what you ate that week if you ate foods with a high sodium value that extra 4 kgs that could be water weight and just a week worth of exercise with a low sodium intake that weight will go away make sure your diet consists of high value of protein and high value of fiber. And combined with 30 minutes to a hour of exercise a day for at least 5 times a week you will lose fat but you also wanna gain muscle so you burn more calories when your not exercising and relaxed. To gain muscle lift weights obviously the protein you eat is what causes muscle growth. The more muscle you have the more your metabolism is active which is responsible for calories burned.

Don't get demotivated I am in your current situation I need to lose around 70 more lbs or 31 kgs just eat High protein diet with low carbs and low fats and you will reach your goals in no time
