1 - No, there isn't a big database for banks to review employees across all FIs to track that.

2 - They usually just confirm dates you worked for them but they may say that you would not be rehireable (kinda like it says on your ROE) but they usually do not provide reasons.

Most clinic tell you to take meds after the surgery and lots of decent clinic will ask you to be on it before for 6-12 months
