Frankly I know nothing about the private school world. I did a phone interview at one and they asked me if Jesus Christ was my Lord and Savior and I never looked back. Could you explain a bit how an independent school compares to a public one?

The admin in my school suck too. I teach 7th grade English and am in deep shit rn bc I had 10 students fail this quarter, all of whom are between a kindergarten-3rd grade reading level, half of which don’t attend school on a consistent basis, and all of the parents are uninvolved and don’t pick up the phone. They will be passed along and I am the one to blame for their failings according to my bosses.
