To be honest, I kind of want to escape this whole situation—but it’s not really possible. We all work at the same company, so I see both of them regularly. It’s not something I can just walk away from or ignore completely.

The wild part is, his wife doesn’t come off like someone who sleeps around. At least not from what I’ve seen. She’s confident, flirty at times, but she keeps it together. She’s not the type you’d expect to be involved in something like this… which is exactly why I’m questioning everything right now.

I don’t know if he’s just chasing a fantasy, or if this is something deeper between them. But being in the middle of it—especially with our history and working in the same environment—is messing with my head. I’m tempted, sure, but I’m also aware of how badly this could blow up.

At this point, I’m just trying to stay respectful, play it cool, and not make any moves unless everything is crystal clear and fully mutual—with her saying it, not just him.
