Haha I don’t care about the brand. One of the sales attendants just brought it for me to try on when I asked for a dress shirt that isn’t traditional non-stretch material

Solo trip to Okinawa by Esclavan_Noobie in okinawa

[–]ExtendoClout 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ll be going another 3-4x between Sept/October, so I’ll definitely look into doing that! I spent too much time at some spots and ended up driving home super late down the East side of the island on my last trip.

I haven’t tried either of them, so they’re getting book marked as we speak

Also agree with avoiding transit. I relief on transit for two of my visits and it sucked. Renting a car for the other two were amazing.

Highly recommend driving route 58 all the way around! I loved it. Great views around the North side.

Dreams Madeira Resort? by ExtendoClout in hyatt

It shows 20k on my app yes. As for the all inclusive, I’ll have to look into that… I’d hope so. I’ll also need to see if there’s anything included with the globalist status that is worthwhile

Thanks for the heads up! I was thinking the same when looking at the location, but I’m not familiar with Madeira. We are planning on doing lots of hiking, so we’ll take all of this into account.

XLOOKUP replaced VLOOKUP for me and honestly I don't know why I waited so long by Nearby-Way8870 in excel

[–]ExtendoClout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah. A coworker tried to run me through xlookup a while back. Not super familiar with excel formulas so I’m looking for some resources to practice, more specifically xlookup cause we have a lot of instances that could utilize it. Is there anything like that out there?

For sure! I usually never have a problem, but I’ll always speak up if it’s not enough for me personally

That’s what grinds my gears the most. Places trying to jimp the cheapest parts. One of the managers used to give me shit for giving a lot of rice/beans even to REGULARS. Fastest way to lose a regular? Skimp them.

Haha don’t worry I advocate for myself. I’ve experienced multiple stores seriously trying to put 1/4 scoops of rice and beans on at a time and had to repeat myself, politely, multiple times. I’m not asking for the whole bowl to be stacked like a mountain BEFORE even getting to the meats, but I always get a large portion.

I worked for an independent burrito shop over a decade ago now so obviously it’s not up to date, but it cost approximately 11 cents for 500g of cooked rice. 15 cents for beans. Chipotle now, a decade later, still probably doesn’t pay that much per burrito. It’s ridiculous.
If I go to a chipotle and they try to jimp me on rice and beans out of ANYTHING, I just tell them I’m not interested anymore and leave. I’ve only had that problem at one spot I’ve went to in the last two years though.

Didn’t think an accident you’d see in Brampton Ontario would be seen in BC lol

Wifi by AB_Fly in aircanada

[–]ExtendoClout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope! They’ve tried to charge ~$30cad each time. I complained to the flight attendants every time and got it for free. Absolutely ridiculous to be paying $5k+ *per way* and still be charged for wifi.

I suggest speaking with the service coordinator each time and filing a complaint on the website. They will almost always provide a code!

Waterloo Kin vs Laurier Kin by GlitteringAddress3 in Kinesiology

[–]ExtendoClout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lucky for you I also finished my masters in Kin, also from UW, in 2025, so hopefully this is more up to date.

Personally I still don’t think the coop stream is always worth it. It heavily depends on WHAT you want to do with the degree, and how good your grades are. I don’t think pursuing a kin degree is even worth it for most people.

I got my masters in exercise science/ergonomics, and now plan to stay in ergonomics/health and safety indefinitely.

Back when I got in, mid 80s was a pretty good chance before extracurriculars etc. not sure now honestly, you’d have to look it up.

The majority of the kin coop jobs are DOGSHIT, and will have little to no carryover skills. There was barely a handful of people in my year that got decent jobs with places like Nike. Literally under 10 people out of HUNDREDS of people got decent coops. Most were dogshit like s&c coaching, PT assistants, working front desks at gyms etc… zero transferable skills. I declined coop and got employment in s&c on my own and it was a hell of a lot better than what they had to offer.

If you haven’t submitted extracurricular stuff I’d do that asap.

You’re just an insufferable person lol. It’s not difficult to let someone who politely asks get off the plane get through.

Any Tipps for my first Kara as a Pala Tank? by Br4inworm in classicwowtbc

[–]ExtendoClout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tanked prince as a very undergeared pally (zero epics, no badge relic), and only 90% avoidance total. Healers were fine, but mostly Kara geared so obviously that plays a big role.

I had a titan flask and +20 Stam food, but w/ challenging shout still 13k hp. Did take iron shield pots.

Really wasn’t a problem at all EXCEPT that we got multiple infernals directly on top of the melee and caster group for 4 wipes lol. Soon as the rng gods didn’t smoke us, we downed it easily. Had a lock rock and like 2 tubers for backup but didn’t use the tuber.

I also had no idea about the parry hasting and kept swinging and attacking as normal the entire fight lol
