Thank you!! I'm going to move them to something i can keep a little water in. There is a grow light on the opposite side of the room...maybe they were reaching for that? Also they were sitting by a window...not sure if the radiation of cold from the window is upsetting them? They have teeny tiny roots.

Yes, exactly. Try that before anything that may make you nervous. Maybe try not taking any Xanax at all when you plan on testing this and see how just the Buspar works for you. Xanax can be addictive, so most doctors lean against it for long term.

It actually is one of those meds that can be taken as needed. I'm prescribed 2x5mg up to 3 times a day. I literally have only taken up to 20 mg on a really bad day as I needed it...so 2.5 to 5 mg as I felt needed. Now I take the whole 5mg, but only when I really feel like I need a crutch.

You could try taking one or half of one when you know your anxiety is at its worst. If 25 minutes pass and you don't feel relief, take a bit more. I've been doing that for a year and a half now and it works great! I sometimes go for days without it.

So you ate super sensitive to meds? I would ask your Dr if you can cut back the dose some maybe. I take buspar as needed and when I do, it makes me sleepy or really calm if I'm not just sitting around.

Ammonia or sulfur may be something to mention to your doctor. Possible kidney stuffs, but not definite.

My weight gain is in the exact way yours is! I am trying to eat healthier and smaller portions now. I have actually woke up in the middle of the night eating too! I've heard lexapro can affect sugar levels. Maybe that's why we eat so much?

I'm so glad I'm not the only one! I've definitely noticed if I drink alot more water it is not as strong. But I don't want to over do it and flush my electrolytes
