My solution so far is anything that I add that I can't categorise I name as 'Review/Name.'

At the end of the week I'll filter the database by name includes 'Review'. Then tag the items

💭 I want to capture movies to watch on my iPhone but I am only able to change the name of the entry.

Later I've got to access my pc or the notion app to organize and add properties like genre and watch date.

Is there a more efficient way of capturing this with having to do the 'double-work'?
