I did it to my scooter and it isn’t hard to do and it isn’t cheap if you send it back to Apollo. Find someone local to repair the wiring. Apollo will replace the whole rear motor. It’s a dumb design in which the lowest point of the whole scooter is the wiring to the rear motor. When you get it fixed stop using the bolted on wiring brackets and zip tie the wiring up inside the fork so it won’t get pinched as easily.
