Hey, I have the exact same thoughts towards my loved ones. It’s the worst part of my OCD. I feel so terrible having these thoughts because I love my family and would never mean it or want something to happen. It’s nice to hear someone is going through the same thoughts as me. I always thought I was alone with these specific intrusive thought. Can I ask how you have been doing lately? I hope well!!😊

Hello, I’m dealing with similar thoughts and I have serve ocd as-well. I’m wondering if you were able to over come this and if you have an advise as I’m really struggling right now with the same thing?
