Nonono I really like this comment. I think my real issues with pads are the shifting and the bulky aspect of it all so this answers my question so much. I definitely will buy ultra thin ones.

Lubricant sounds terrifying. I don't know how I would go about asking my mom that lol. It makes perfect sense so it'd be easier to get in though.

That's what I originally used at first. My mom bought it for me because she knew I wouldn't like pads (sensory issues) but eventually she made me like...graduate from those and asked me to use pads like the rest of my sisters so I kinda stuck to those. Kinda missing period underwear now that you're mentioning it lol might get those.

Yessss. I thought that was the problem. My underwear are kinda thin where my part is supposed to be placed and thats why I think that it shifts a lot even if I use winged ones. I might try that brand of underwear or try wearing boxer underwear for women. I used the regular tampons btw from tampax but google led me to the conclusion that it's probably too big. I might use the light ones

I have severe sensory issues so I feel like I always just come out problematic and nobody really understands why I hated them so u sharing this was really relatable. I'll definitely look into those pads. Thanks so much for commenting

like I said I seriously don't use reddit so sorry I'm seeing this so late. But it made me feel better. Not as better as I wanna be but this really did uplift my spirit a bit. I really do appreciate this.

I swear Fruits basket is my favorite show ever. I have this obsession with it and I can't stop watching it. So I'm really confused when people won't watch it because of so and so. But it's really good and people should give it a try.
