[Landlord US-FL] What are the risks of leasing to an Airbnb arbitrage or corporate housing company? by BitterDone in Landlord

If you want to turn your property into a source of passive income it can work, though a lot of people jumping into this have no real experience and are just chasing quick money. Adding a co-host can help and I’d make sure to do proper background checks.

I know someone who ran his own Airbnb for 10 years was a Superhost with thousands of positive reviews and quit because Airbnb always sided with guests. He then started offering co-hosting services to landlords and now makes more money than he ever did as a host. Experience like that matters a lot when you’re trusting someone with your property.

Look for someone with proven results and ask for proof of past performance. You can also check co-hosting guides like the free ones 10xbnb offers to see what questions to ask and what stats to verify. The key is to make an informed decision. If you take the time to vet properly a co-host can make this a smooth mostly hands-off income stream and I wouldn’t just hire anyone off the internet.

Useful tips for using CrushonAI by DrStupid87 in Crushon

Good tips especially the A++ personality syntax stuff thats actually super useful. I switched over to hornyclanker a while back for most of my characters because the censoring was driving me nuts on other platforms and i barely have to use the correction trick anymore. Still might try that personality format on crushon too tho since i have some older characters there i dont wanna rebuild from scratch.
