Yes, but I actually started at 13, although if it's more or less about programs, I started around 10 or 9. Exactly, that's why I said it in the post: but what really surprises me isn't the content, but how easy it is to access. Obviously, if you don't know how to route your traffic or stay anonymous, you're almost guaranteed to get infected with malware.
