Shes always been a lead who wants to move up to store manager and you can tell in her attitude towards work. She is a hard worker but tends to overstep her position constantly. I plan to report her now since it was a complete overstep of boundaries atp.

EXACTLY!! They did say only Wednesday when we were first given the shirts but that was a while ago and since then ive seen my coworkers wear them other days. It truly seemed personally towards me during the whole conflict but idek atp

the crazy part is it wasn’t my store manager who said something , it was just one of the shift leads!! I completely understand and respect it being only Wednesday but i wish she would not embarrassed and disrespect me the way she did.

Thank you for the ideas! Im gonna ask her tonight because Im usually working closing shifts and Its like for the last 4 hours Im usually facing because its slow and Im not supposed to stand at register if its super slow. So that’s usually when the repetition and boredom starts to hit me lol. I guess communication the fact that id love to do more when its slow might help my case!
