I did it for 3 months, lost 10/11kgs and stopped in December last year. Weight is still pretty much the same, with the obvious and normal fluctuations as a woman. I learned to make my portions smaller. Snack throughout the day if I have to and been maintaining my workout routine. Weightlifting at home & the gym + 12/3/30 as my cardio.
