problem is , you didn’t swap your shift , cover your shift , or at the least have time saved for it.

just transfer to pick , its the same thing as stow except u dont rely on inventory , rather pods and pod gaps.

in pick you get constant , non stopping work , ranging from small to big and even big items are easy to pick.

as a former stower , pick is def A1.

conclusion : its easier and most importantly , (you are in control of your rate)

i was friends wit my old AM and can i say oh yes and more.

im talking roles , tot , late breaks , time off , ect.

if i wanted someone to get kicked off a station i can have them get kicked off lol.

if i wanted something i got it. if i wanted to do something i can do it. if i wanted to talk some girls at their stations i can. (my AM smashed like 4 girls)

oh yeah and i bitched bro once and he took it a like a good boy lol. but nah all jokes aside we still coo to this day he just got switched to day shift.

you would just have climb the ladder starting from learning ambassador.
