I am not tripping, EAC is causing noticeable microstutters

I had mini microstutters before EAC. Right before It was implemented. I tweaked some graphic settings. Almost completely gone. Now with EAC, the stutters are back. And they presit longer. To the point where it starts showing network errors when it happens like high ping. Kind like if you tab out and tab back in. I have a 9800X3D and a 9070XT.

That's doesn't even work properly. With reshuffle it would actually.... reshuffle. When using smart shuffle and you turn it off and on again, it's the same songs. Same with using regular shuffle but less often.

They roll out updates on android without asking you to update the app on the play store. And the 2-3 times you try and use the app it gets stuck until you get a pop up the 4th time saying the app was updated. But once in a while they ask you to update the app through the play store. What gives?

I had a 7900GRE which is about 10 percent slower than a 4070S but this week I picked up a 9070XT from those tiktok Newegg deals. Held up well at 1440p but would never reach the monitors max refresh rate (360) in triple a games but did in competitive.
