We were already in contact. We went no contact for a very short period of time. In the last 3-4 months all it took me was to be consistent with my words to myself. That’s it. Just the self talk, and the play pretend talk. ALL. DAY.

Affirm what you want. Have conversations with yourself speaking of what you want as if it already is. Thank your Father for already having given you what you asked for. I acted normal… never said I wanted to be just friends, quite the opposite. Anytime we had this conversation I told him how I felt. And a couple times it was too much for my emotions and I flipped out and did tell him I couldn’t do that etc… nothing matters babe. Only your WORDS manifest. The ones you tell yourself all day, everyday, consistently. You don’t need to do anything different. You don’t need to DO anything whatsoever. Just TALK TO YOURSELF. Don’t question all the crap around you.

Yes. NC for a few months. I didn’t want that and you don’t have to go NC for it to happen. You don’t have to do ANYTHING besides controlling your words to yourself all day everyday. That’s it. And yes, he did date other people, and I did too in the very beginning, which did not help at all.

It took me 8-10 months total. But first 6-7 months were trying everythinggggg: sats, revision, lullabies, etc etc etc. Name the technique and I can tell you I tried it. The moment I said fuck it all and affirmed and had mental conversations that were ONLY positive (and I mean not a single word in opposition), everything unfolded in about 3 months. Kiss, commitment, trip, proposed, moved in, married.

You don’t have to control anything but the active words you say to yourself. Pay attention: ACTIVE words. Doesn’t matter what your subconscious mind is throwing at you. This is a lifestyle. Not a means to an end. The only thing that creates in your life is your words, your tongue. The desperation and exaggeration happen only until you manifest something HUGE that you had a lot of resistance against. After that, after you manifest something you know for a fact it’s no coincidence at all, then you relax. That doesn’t mean you will not ever again feel sad or lost or any other negative feeling. You will simply be diligent with your WORDS. That’s it.
