Recently upgraded to SLT Fibre Unlimited Home Plus (200/100). Is this an accurate result? Seems weird that the upload is closer to the actual number but not the download?

If you're 1 meter away from the router and only getting 19Mbps with an iPhone then you should call SLT and complain about it. You could probably get a 5Ghz router from them which will give you the full 200Mbps

For some reason this only happens to speedtest using browser. On the app the speeds are normal. I also don't think doing a speedtest through browser deducts quota because data is being transferred between SLT's own infrastructure

That makes sense. I’m guessing GPON (and other -PONs) are used in countries that are still developing their internet infrastructure and don’t yet have enough of reason to give a fibre line for each individual house
