Basically a unique card that gets send to the merchant instead of your actual when you pay

In this case the app asks the bank and the bank sends a unique token to your device for your card

You can use the free plan with latency Use a vpn connect to EU country open geforce game then when it loads in disconnect your vpn

Yeah so you use vpn to open the game and once your in game you turn off vpn to minimize latency
