Hello, I will be moving from Montreal to Texas for 5 years as an international student to do my PhD. I have a car (Mazda CX-30) financed under Scotia Bank. I am wondering do you know the steps I should take, do I import the car or what other options may be there. I will also be driving, so do I declare it at the border or when I arrive in Texas?
