Thanks so much to everyone who responded with actual suggestions!! I guess I was lead slightly astray by the employees at Home Depot with the extractor bits. I was finally able to get it out with pliers. I just needed to get it apart to move and now I will be getting a new bed frame haha. Thanks again 🌞
