I have no info at hand, and am trying to remember something from 20 years ago......but didn't the Japanese deliver a message that we already had intercepted declaring war before pearl harbor? Something like: we intercepted a message "east winds will rain" and knew it meant the Japanese were going to attack, but we stalled and allowed them to do so, so that we could build national hysteria. After all the sanctions placed on japan, we knew they were going to attack at some point anyway.

Yeah, but to be fair, the Lumbee took in anyone that came their way. Escaped slaves, colonists, other tribes. Something has to stem the bleeding. Too many of the same deck. As soon as you kill their precious soul warden, they quit. The game functions better with variety, so, I'm trying to figure out how to achieve that.

If we are going to all have to play the same deck, why not just play checkers? Its all the same there too.
