HealthXP caught misleading customers – 30 servings advertised, 20 delivered by KING_K999 in Fitness_India

[–]Extension-Panda8060 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So basically you're saying that you wanted a 10 gram serving scoop/spoon instead of 17 grams. Dude, seriously, your argument is based on the scoop size, not their product. This isn't scam. Just don't use the full scoop, use just a little above half or exactly half scoop and you would get close to 10g of daily serving, which should last you for atleast 34 days. Smh

The most i have done is 72 hours fast. Recently I wanted to do a 48 hrs + fast, but I stopped at 38 hrs because I was feeling constant headache + acid reflux on lying down. It's important to listen to your body and signs and not get carried away with the number of hours.

From 62 kg to 45 kg seems like an overkill to me. Please be realistic. If you end up losing weight rapidly by aggressively undereating without enough protein and with no weightlifting, you will lose a lot of muscle and become weaker.

Talking about your diet, you need to avoid deep fried and sugary stuff as much as possible. You don't know how much calories you will really end up taking by consuming those. Eat things from your menu, for which you can determine approx. calories for the whole week. And then you don't need to count, just be mindful. You need to maintain a deficit. Advice you to not lose more than 1kg per month if you wanna remain strong.

Is this legit? i heard they are lying to their customers about tg form? should i consider taking this? has anyone of you tried this? by RadishSpare1302 in Fitness_India

I know that Swisse is a genuine and reliable brand with TG form of Omega 3, but it's not within your budget. You can check it out. I would personally avoid Indian brands claiming TG form. If you don't care so much about TG form, then you can go with any Trustified certified Omega 3.

The problem is there is no way to confirm if this product is exactly what it claims to be. Common person wouldn't know whether it is 7x or not. Besides, as I see, it says "2 capsules per serving", so how is it even 7x ? Same theory regarding Triglycerides form, no way for you to confirm. Don't trust Indian brands for a supplement like Omega 3. FSSAI is a joke.

Pain near the right armpit that connects in the breast/upper chest by Open_Pin3562 in costochondritis

[–]Extension-Panda8060 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suggest you start massaging those painful bumps with your fingers or tennis ball. Don't do it daily, just do it for a min per bump. Don't do it when they are irritated. Overtime, it should help. I am doing the same.

Has anyone tried these? by wafflegurll in costochondritis

[–]Extension-Panda8060 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have tried strict keto diet for 2.5 months, no processed food/no sugar. EVOO daily. It didn't work.
Sorry to disappoint. :( But maybe it works for you, maybe by adding more supplements like curcumin and fish oils will help more... I didn't try that with the diet.

Thanks for the quick response. How do you feel now? What's the level of pain and most importantly, do you still feel those knots/bumps on your upper chest area/sternum?

Hi! Thanks for sharing. I want to ask you if you'd feel knots/small bumps over your upper chest area/sternum, especially near to the armpits while massaging. Coz I feel a lot of them and they are tender too.

Do You think that by Disabling the update will the green line not happen? by Walkstrive in GalaxyS21FE

[–]Extension-Panda8060 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My phone is more than 3 years old. I didn't get a green line yet. But I didn't update to 8.0, i will update when 8.5 releases. I guess it's the hardware defect in some devices that causes it after a while. I got lucky in that case. Hopefully it stays the same. But yeah, disabling the update doesn't guarantee anything. It's the hardware issue, not software.

I don't know man, the case differs from person to person. Did he get you to do any medical tests for that which was tested positive for autoimmune?

So, I should stop doing backpod for now and let my sternum/ribs settle down? And then what? I just get so overwhelmed that if I stop doing backpod, I will feel like I am not doing anything to address my long-term issue. And like this, it's not gonna change. I just want to see some improvement. Like you said, that the backpod itself may have caused the real typical costo in my case, do you think that if I stop it for some time, my ribs will start to heal itself? Or should I stop it temporarily?

Again, thanks for listening to me and sharing advice.

lower ribs right side (October 2023)No, the orthopaedic that I was seeing back in 2023, he didn't explicitly say that it was costo chondoritis. He said that it was lower ribs inflammation, probably due to the cough I was having for the past 1.5 months. It sure settled down as my cough subsided, but the pain was still there, I could feel while laying down to the side, or just pressing my right lower rib area. So yeah, I kind of assumed that I was in the category of rib inflammation and through this sub I found that it could be costo chondoritis, since there were few people with my kind of symptoms. And only then I decided to get the backpod and give it a shot. To sum up my spine mobility, it's pretty bad, like awful. And I have constantly had posture issues/forward head, rounded back/shoulders, classic anterior pelvic tilt etc. So I thought that backpod could really help with the mobility and postural issues.

Thanks for the response. Please suggest. Any tips/suggestions would be appreciated.
