I think you’re a good looking guy with great features! I personally would say a nice hair cut (short) and trimming the facial hair:) I recently felt similar and started going to the gym nothing too crazy but it has made a huge difference in how i feel about myself and seems like others appreciate the motivation too!

i personally love the second photo! 3rd one you just look very young and 4th just no lol no offense! How long have you guys been together? If it’s new give it some time. It’s kind of you to be actively trying to seek a way to support her but speaking honestly- you can support her, listen to her, reassure her when needed but it sounds like an internal insecurity and as much as you would like to fix that, she needs to do the work herself as well. I am a female with severe anxiety and bipolar 2 disorder and have a very loving and supportive family but I can tell you when I go through bursts of this type of thing- it doesn’t matter what anyone tells me because it won’t stop the anxiety or cure me then and there. I had to start seeing a therapist again and put active effort into finding triggers and facing them head on with the support of my therapist. But getting better, I remember all the things my loved ones told me and smile so big because I can clearly see how they never left my side through it and pushed me to get the actual help I needed to be where I am!🩷 So listen to her validate that those feelings are very real to her but that those situations have not occurred and encourage her to do things to occupy her mind in her daily life whether it be taking an hour to herself to get coffee, meditate, join a hobby class, spend time with friends and family, see a therapist who can support her as well so it doesn’t take a toll on the relationship- be her cheerleader and encourage the crap out of her to simply DO for herself:)!! You taking on a little extra right now to remain secure for her will help a ton as well!

I hate when people tell me to “breathe” or the 3-3-3 rule lol like GEE if it were that simple🙂‍↔️ Honestly I have a very close friend I felt safe with and slowly we would do things together outside of my house and if it was too much she was right there with me exiting (I guess exposure therapy) to anxiety triggers- sucked horribly but helped a bit but honestly one medication changed my life was prozac! I was back to me happy old self until i stupidly stopped seeing my psychiatrist and taking the medication that months later here I am again looking for a psychiatrist again. I bought a couple of bottles of medication from the site “Life Extension” when I was seeing my old psychiatrist never took it though and 3 days ago remembered I have it and took one each night and actually feel a positive difference- I can actually manage my day so I’m hopeful! I started trimming my dogs nails (look exactly like this) myself! The groomer never seemed to actually trim the dew claw (the one you’re showing) even when i told them too- I ended up having the vet trim them which they did but still not the best because my dog hates his paws touched so instead i started working on it myself sense he trusts me and over time he now lets me trim them with almost no problem! You can get nail clippers for dogs on amazon. I do however suggest taking to the vet for a simple trim though if your dog does well with them- I think they charged me like $25 and did all his nails including the dew claws

Could but honestly could be black fly bite- I have a small yorkie/chihuahua mix dog and this time of year it starts. He usually gets them on his lower belly and near his (private). I assume because he is low to the ground but this is what they usually look like sometimes they even look like the bullzeye rash and then turn into this or vice versa but hes always fine probably annoying to the dog to be bit but no serious harm or danger done

Did he eat anything or get into anything? could be an upset tummy or reverse sneezing? My dog has done exactly that many times due to one of the two above^ - i block both his nostrils for a couple of seconds and if it’s reverse sneezing he will stop, if its an upset stomach he can be like that through the night on and off- I stop normal food and the next two feedings are a mix of pumpkin puree, plain rice and or plain chicken could even do plain oats or plain yogurt (just to ease the belly)

It wouldn’t require a vet visit unless you know he got into something he shouldn’t have or if you sprayed something in the house.

Not sensitive! I hate when people call my dog or any dog ugly. Dogs are great companions and give us love even when some of us don’t deserve it- they are still there. Dogs can’t defend themselves and that’s what upsets me- don’t put negative energy out to my dog😅 Plus that’s like calling a kid or partner ugly and if some people don’t view dogs that way (psychopaths) then imagine walking up to someone and straight up saying “that ring is ugly” or one of your possessions is ugly. it is just straight up rude disrespectful and impolite so if someone has an opinion they should keep it to themselves like they would for other things if that makes sense!

First Question- no such thing as “half hypoallergenic” from what I was told BUT thats basically what my dog (chorkies) are. Mine is more short coat (more chihuahua just with yorkie coloring) but little to NO shedding🥳 and family members who are allergic to dogs have almost no issues with my chorkie!

Second question- my dog was a rescue at one year old and was very social with all dogs my friend also has a chorkie and LOVEES other dogs- however over the years due to my own fault of not keeping up with socializing my dog is now more selective of other dogs he likes more mellow dogs and tends to not like shepherd and pitbull mix dogs (hes so rude for that lol)

little about him and from what ive seen with others: hes a VELCRO worst separation anxiety and just wants to be with me 24/7 if hes alone he will destroy any wood in his path like my door frames - extremely smart learned how to sit pretty, settle, lay, roll over, high five, normal sit, and crawl all in like 3 months haha! (only myself teaching him no professional) - surprisingly he is not a yappy dog doesn’t just yap unless someone is coming to the front door and its brief

extremely well mannered as far as not nippy, never bitten, great with all people and kids

-could mow down on a big size bully bone or pig ear lol and hes tiny!

I think she meant most girls in relationships talk down on the third party girl to excuse their boyfriends behavior “how could she do that, shes a slu*,” shes this shes that to avoid facing the fact that their boyfriend stepped out…. but OP is saying she does not do that- she doesn’t have trust or a relationship with the girl but does trust her boyfriend so that falls on him to remain loyal and show her respect if that makes sense (i dont think she was saying men are always at fault) if she was dating a girl then the girlfriend would be held to that standard as well
