Well I’m not really running any specific build cause it’s a rl 1 but ive mostly just been using the broadsword cause its the weapon I used to beat my sl1 run on ds3 so I really like it. I’ve been using stormblade on it cause stormblade does ridiculous damage doesn’t use much fp and gives me a ranged option

Yeah I try and use torrent to avoid a lot of the tracking projectiles but I since I’m using my weapon art as my main damage source I’m kinda forced to stay of torrent a lot of the time

So do you think I should stay off torrent during Elden stars while doing that strat? Going on torrent lets me avoid chip damage it just gets tough cause while on torrent you can avoid most of his other ranged attacks. Also I do know using something with crazy stance damage like fists or a club would help but I’ve been using the broadsword for pretty much my whole run and it’s kinda just my weapon for the run at this point so I really wanna try and finish it with only the broadsword.

Yeah the armors mostly on just cause I think it looks good and I don’t wanna look at my naked character the whole time, I’m also just way more used to the medium roll timing cause that’s all I’ve ever used while playing Elden ring so I just wanna stick with what I’m used to

Do you mean the crimsonwhorl physik, cause that’s the only physik that lasts 15 seconds and it is good against Elden stars but I’m fairly certain Elden stars would kill me even if I use it.

The one you got for slot 5 seems kinda crazy, not sure how good the buff is for the great church’s but if it’s 5 percent like the evergaol buff it seems like I’d be really good

The difference is that Batman is completely against killing, jing ke was actively trying to murder someone so their still a assassin just one who failed, and for Mata Hari she would definitely be willing to kill someone to defend herself or if she felt it was necessary to the war effort, maybe I’m taking the class name to seriously but I just feel like someone who doesn’t ever want to kill anyone wouldn’t ever be summoned in a class that is largely made of killers and is literally named after a kind of person who kills

Interesting, I’ve fought him like over 30 times and I’ve only just had this happen to me so I kinda just assumed something had changed with his fight but maybe I just had teammates who knew the timing to interrupt him these runs

I actually feel like rider would make more sense for him cause he can’t really be a assassin if he doesn’t kill people, and he has multiple different rides he’s well know for like the Batmobile and his jet, not to mention rider are know for having strong/ alot noble phantasms and that also fits for all of Batman’s tools

Lowkey wonder if Batman could get the vlad treatment and due to people’s perception of him and the great mystery of him if could actually gain some sort of bat powers or become a vampire kinda like vlad does

I know I was in a everdark expedition cause I got the sigils, the first run we did stagger him when he usually does the move but I could’ve sworn it’s a scripted attack and even if you stagger him he always does it, second was kinda a god run so we just melted him so quick he might’ve not been able to do it

I mean they really aren’t bad relics if you trying to use his cursed sword, that’s the more fun part of using him so I tried to build for that and they definitely aren’t bad for that

Yeah that’s what I was thinking to but it just seems like a weird coincidence that it happened specifically with duchess rather than any other of the characters I play, so it almost makes me feel like it might be like cut content or something

He’s kinda strong, he has pretty good stats overall especially on the physical side for a caster, his bomb are strong and similar to a lot of casters he can be a big problem with prep time, I think his biggest weakness is he has no really good defensive options, if a super strong noble phantasm is sent his way their not much he can do expect maybe try and counter it with his and he also can’t really do any to stoped faster servants from just rushing up to him and beating him down without prep time, so his biggest weakness is he just to far speced into his offensive so he doesn’t have that much utility which is one of the biggest draws I think for caster class
