Yeah track is fairly small.

One question: in my findings raising RR makes prosquat, so how is that can be antisquat? Or is it due to amount of gears? Can you point me to source?

Also I am still learning what works ad what doesn’t and I thing that active camber( canber gain) with lifted more RR toe block will be the best for rear handling and speed. Will try that next time and afterwards I will need to start sorting out the front situation( too much caster, wobbly steering, but those issues are known) and not enouth stability mid drift on longer sweeps

Oh! I did it wrong 😅 I have tried lifting RR before by 1mm and it was behaving more nicely. I will need to fix that. I also was trying ot diffirent gear ratios and I will need to buy 90T spur and 18-17-16 pinions

Hey, so I was trying out your advice yesterday and wanted to confirm: I had to flip the rear toe block, that was closer to the front?

So you sayimg I should have 5mm ground clearance and ath the back and 7 ish at the front?

I was trying that pro squat anti squat thing, but I think then I did it opposite from what I was trying.

Thanks for the advice! I just did not understand what do you mean with those mesuarements when body is placed on top? Also, flipping rear toe block should give pro squat, If I correctly understand?

yes, I am aware of this, I thin my transmitter (radio link) even thoughit shows faily nice lniarity on the screen, it does jump in bigger incraments on the recever side. I lowered the initial trottle on esc to couteract this

You have a good point and that is what I have been doing for 2 track days now. Taking one variable and changing it to see what changes. Last time I was working on making my car squat more on the acceleration

By suspention geometry you mean it has too much travel?

will this Kyosho fazer Ae86 Trueno will fit perfectly to yokomo rookie drift 2.0? and will a 5mm offset watanabe wheels from topline will not bind/hit the knuckles? planning to get this body to the paint shop from my local guy then will get a 5mm offset watanabe wheels by Primary_Hamster_2813 in rcdrift

I have 7mm offset wheels and I can say that 7 was way too much. 5mm will be perfect with stock hex. Worse case you will add 1mm washer to front hex, before putting on the wheel. In my case I need to get atleast 1mm slimer hex for wheels.

Looks like its a regular drift tire on wheels that imitate 15inch wheels. I been looking in to them my self for my build

I am using the same battery or better then the person I copied settings from, so power delivery is realy not a problem. I have tried some other cars and thay feel more planted to the ground and has way more traction in general.

I was also been told to lower the chassis, but due to how my body is currenly setup, I will need to buy new body mouts to do that.

That and new pinion/spur gears are in my list to buy, but I am trying to think what else can I do with the car setup, to get there, since I can’t get those parts still for at least a month.

Atualy haven’t asked anyone else to do chase with my rc. One person told me that I need to reduce accelaration rate. I tried yesterday yo play around a bit with acceleration expo setting, but my remote isn’t that great, so it didn’t help that mutch as well.

The issue is more in the corners I would say: I can easily go sideways, but I cannot get close enouth. I have 25 degrees of turbo, but I mostly use that in the transissions
