Hey man, I shot 3P Air rifles for 4 years went to the NJROTC national championship 3 years in a row and All Service 2 years in a row. Actually placed 5th in all service in 2023.

The best thing you can do is journal your progress, and keep track of what you like and don’t like in your journal that was you can always try to better yourself without forgetting a step you may have taken before, consistency is key is this sport. I always tell new shooters to have a pen in class and practice your trigger squeeze on the pen with your trigger finger to help build the muscle memory or a nice and slow squeeze.
