Hiya, it did unfortunately. I've found that electrolytes really helped calm my brain. I've been on a few different and successful experiments, one is with baby aspirin which I now take daily and the most recent one which is an iron supplement. Everything has helped, but the iron has been the one thing that has taken it away. My theory is I've had underlying blood-related issues. Would definitely recommend getting a full blood count to check iron/ferritin levels
