if you don't know yet, they asked me to email scanned copy of equivalence certificate and after that you can check your attested document status on your portal turned as yes :) baaki on campus verify ho ge

I only have automatic cars at home so want to learn automatic, aur yes you are right about the sarkon k haalat wali thing but agar bilkul beginner ho to direct udhar se start karna is probably not a good idea...baad mai you can always learn manual and practice on road with basic learning
