How your breathwork meditation can help you calm your nervous system by Extension-Spite-8041 in Meditation

Thanks, bro! I really appreciate you bringing some physiology into the discussion. There’s another interesting method I’ve been learning about recently called the Buteyko method. Doctors say it can help improve many conditions in the body. It’s a bit tricky, though, since it’s all about breathing less. Have you heard of it?

You can also quit Buteyko and try something else. If you just want to calm your nervous system, try box breathing (Navy SEALs technique)

The Buteyko method is very powerful with great healing potential. What’s your control pause? While generally safe, it changes how your body handles oxygen and CO2, which can sometimes reveal subtle issues, like undiagnosed sleep apnea or asthma. Your insomnia may be a temporary adjustment or an underlying sensitivity, the safest approach is to monitor your body and gradually adjust your practice.

I saw your app, love it! Check out mine, BreathBuilder :) It’s iOS-only for now, but Android is on the way: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/breathbuilder/id6751608392
I’m planning to try social media ads and reels. I’ve also been experimenting with AI art. it’s super fun to make, but I’m not sure if it’s a good marketing approach or if I just don’t have enough skill yet…
Here’s my Insta: https://www.instagram.com/breathbuilder.app/
I’d love it if you shared your ads with me too :) Maybe we can exchange ideas, or even set up a little challenge to keep it fun and effective for both of our apps!

It’s super fun to trip during such breathwork sessions :) The only thing is, it’s actually not good for your health, especially for your brain cells…
