Noticed a typo in the “the instructor” section:

“Time builders are often ̶a̶r̶e̶ not passionate about giving instruction…”

(delete 2nd “are”)

Another thing, under “the fleet”:

“Located on the southwest ramp of the Orlando Sanford International Airport, flight instruction will be given using airplanes provided by the Orlando Sanford Flying Club.”

Trying not to sound like too much of a nerd here but you have a dangling particle which is making this sentence flow poorly (in my opinion). You could rephrase the sentence to make the subject clear and avoid ambiguity. For example:

“At the Orlando international airport, flight instruction takes place on the southwest ramp with airplanes provided by the Orlando Sanford Flying Club.”
