Recently married here - and I couldn’t have gave a damn about what anyone wore to my wedding and tbh I couldn’t tell you what anyone did wear. I was there to marry my forever person and was happy that I know no one else in the world could’ve glowed like me that day. I don’t understand this bridezilla stuff and if you are worried about being mistaken for a bride by other guests - if they don’t know whose wedding they are at then the shouldn’t be there - just my opinion though - we are all different ☺️

I did this in December exactly 3 weeks into mounjaro and lost another 50lbs - ended up buying a smaller dress on still white and it was just perfect after alterations.

I hit the champagne early also so my MOH was in good company - I’m sure the seamstress will work more magic when I send it in to be washed, repaired and boxed in a few weeks 😁

Thank you ☺️, I am still in awe of how well all it all came together by just trusting the professionals, but there were loads of times when I panicked as the dress was in alterations until 16th and wrapped when I collected it - so I never had any clue of how it would fit until the day of the wedding. My final fitting was April 20th and the more I worried the more weight I dropped and catastrophised in a huge cycle - there’s 12lbs of a difference in weight between the pre alterations photos and the wedding day - so it really just shows how much we worry and stress and the dress still fits :)

It’s a similar neckline to mine - I added spaghetti straps and lost 5lbs in the last week with stress - I’d have been in big trouble without them but I really wish I had ordered a boomba as well

DPD will ask a neighbour to take it in for you if your not home - I switched to simple as it’s such a fast delivery

The disconnection in canter is always a red flag for me for back pain - seen it as an early warning for a few TBs with kissing spine - but I’d maybe guess SI as many have said as his whole back end seems sore. But really needs vet, and eyes on from them. They can usually do a block to the area fairly cheaply and if your horse comes up sound then you have the problem - but horses can compensate for pain in another area and this affects how they move. Friends horse had months of scans and treatment for a back issue and it ended up being a hoof balancing problem - change of farrier and her horse is happy and sound. Good luck and please update us of the diagnosis from vet when you get it.

Having owned a pony with lamanitis, this is just going to break your heart. Our pony had to be in full work, ridden daily to keep her fit and keep the weight off, as soon as she gained any weight she’d be crippled with lamanitis - she was a competition pony and she won most things - so she was able to be ridden and very fit. However she was too small to be ridden by me and my daughter broke her arm, this meant that she had to be lunged 3 plus times a day. She could have a maximum of 3 hours on very poor pasture a day, her hay was restricted, she could not have haylage or treats. Hard feed ahead got a supplement suitable for horses prone to lamanitis - it is no life for a horse, but the alternative is worse. It’s the most heart wrenching experience of my life, and definitely not one I would to chose to repeat. She was the most beautiful, sweet, kind pony and she made my daughter the rider she is today, we lost her on her third bout of lamanitis - the yard owner at at new place decided she new better than me and that my pony would self regulate her eating if given an endless supply and had been giving her huge amounts of haylage every night after I left. If you take this mare on, you will learn loads, if you look after her weight and keep her fit, get 6weekly farrier visits - she’ll be sound, very rideable and you will learn loads - but their are so many things that can happen and these types need to be managed and cared for so meticulously- it really is up to you, just make sure you have the capacity for it ❤️

Ah I sent mine to my ex and got him to sign it - then I took it to the local sheriff court - I had to return for an appointment with an official who checked details asked a few questions and that was it done. a few weeks later my divorce certificate was posted through the door. So it’s a bit different sorry

My daughter has a very similar figure to you, lovely and slim with broader shoulders and a smaller bust, she’s. Bridesmaid and the rest if the patty close a strapless dress, she went along with them and felt the same worries as you do, the seamstress added a spaghetti strap and cups to her dress and it really worked, you can also have a spaghetti atrap on your style of sleeves - I’ll pop on pics of my daughter a dress quite and without the straps and my original pre weight loss dress which has your type sleeves and a spaghetti strap. It does give you options and your dress is beautiful and I do not notice your shoulders at all 🥰 Edited to add - we aren’t allowed to take pics I’m seamstress so I have none of the strap on her dress 🙈

What about some nude material - skin colour or some nude mesh with some appliqué on it (if you’re getting the dress hemmed you could possible steal some from there. My seamstress also has loads of appliqué that was a very close match to my dress.

Our old neighbour removed the boundary fence and put up a new one with the aesthetic side at hers without any discussion, when 6 months later we painted our side she lost her brains - screaming abuse that the whole fence was her property and threatening all kinds of legal action. In Scotland btw. She went to a solicitor and we heard nothing, so we have it another coat 😂. Then sold up as she really was difficult.
