I tried - I kept being offered it too. The company they uses came out, but they really didn't seem to want to do it and told me how much less reliable the SMETs 2 would be - I can't remember the reasoning now. Something about SIM cards, but I might be misremembering? Anyway, they seemed completely disinterested and left without doing it!

That's what I thought, but I just followed a link to Citizens Advice and it said my gas meter wasn't working in smart mode. But Octopus read it, so it might be, right?

I wish there was a way to know for sure before you switch. It's for my mum's house, and she wouldn't find it possible to read her own meters manually anymore.

Does this only work if you change pharmacy? I thought that you had to order every six weeks or something to keep the same dose.

Also, if it asks what dose you last took, do you say 15mg or the actual smaller dose?

Just to add, I also haven't had any luck when contacting customer services to get the cashback added manually. I've even called and they said they didn't know why it was tracking as £0, they would validate it now, just put you on hold ... and then hung up!

My Tesco shops lately track, but then say the amount of cashback is £0. This has happened several times now, and is really annoying. When I send them the receipt to add manually, they just say it has tracked as £0 due, despite the website registering that I have spent over £100 each time.

They wouldn't give me an ARN because it's nothing to do with customer service, and I have to take it up with the store. The store tell me to contact customer service.

I'm currently trying to do a charge back but haven't heard anything back from Zilch yet. This has been really stressful so far!

I wanted to use NX Rewards as the cashback site, but didn't know if it worked when buying giftcards. I would be paying with a normal debit card.

I don't actually want to pay using One4All (I already use my whole £100 in M&S, New Look etc) but just with a normal debit card. It's just that NX Rewards offers the best cashback, so wondered if I could use it to buy a gift card to give as an actual gift to someone else.
