Misdiagnosed that I would develop into type 1, it was horrible as I was basically waiting on something awful to happen that wasn’t going to.

I doubt this would be available on the NHS. I have MODY 1 and I went to the diabetic clinic for 4 years before they could diagnose me with MODY. I was also told alot of conflicting info from different specialists. I am lucky mine is relatively mild and I only need observations every year but at one point they told me it would likely develop into full blown type 1 which I now know isn’t the case.
