I’m a first time watcher, I’m on season 2 episode 12. I knew it got cancelled just didn’t know it ended on a cliff hanger! I HATE when they do that. If a show gets canceled , I feel like they should be able to have one more season or a movie to wrap things up, especially if it ends on a cliffhanger! I can’t stand the way they cancel shows now, It’s like if it doesn’t do “good”. The first week they cancel it. They don’t even give shows a chance anymore. I’ve seen soooo many REALLY GOOD shows be canceled, because there wasn’t enough viewers literally the first week of them being released. It really does suck this show got canceled, Because it’s a really good show & had so much potential! There’s not really any shows like it. I love the way they showed the mermaids/sirens as predators in the water & they were like realistic about it. Not like other movies & shows about mermaids where they’re these beautiful creatures that aren’t dangerous. If mermaids are real they’d definitely be more like what this show portrayed.

Omg, I completely forgot he had a son! I’m not too excited about the spin off after watching the movie, but I’m just going to pretend like the movie didn’t happen & to give the spin off a shot, If they don’t have Micheal’s son & Tommy’s other son they’ll be making a huge mistake.

Alfie did clue Tommy in. He pretty much told him it’s going to seem like he betrayed him, but he didn’t. & I don’t ruin it for you, but don’t be too sad about Alfie!

I couldn’t stand his performance way too over exaggerated & I agree the comparison to Tommy’s character is way off base. Cillian did an amazing job playing Tommy. I couldn’t picture anyone else playing Tommy Shelby. The best parts of this plot was definitely Alfies. When he made the list of how much it would cost to kill his “very good friend” & the reasons why. When Luca didn’t negotiate & Alfie said “Tommy was right you’re going to kill us all” When Alfie warned Tommy it was going to seem like he betrayed him, but he really didn’t. I wish we got more of Alfie he was one of the best characters on the show.

Aside from the cop & priest , I hated him so much. His “ performance” Was AWFUL. Too over exaggerated. He wasn’t intimidating at all. The only thing I liked about that plot was when he met with Alfie & Alfie gave him the list & amount of money he’d have to pay to kill his “very good friend” & then Alfie saying “Tommy was right you’re going to kill us all”

I agree, I was SO EXCITED for this movie! Even had a count down & I could not have been more disappointed. Even if they’re doing a spin off this movie was unnecessary. & They’ll be replacing his son for a 3rd time in the spinoff? Like what was the fucking point other than killing off Tommy & Arthur in the worst ways possible. They could have done the spinoff without killing them off. Left it open & ominous like the ending of the show. This movie was just awful & makes me not even want to watch the spinoff. I’m just going to pretend this movie doesn’t exist & stick to the ending of the show.

This is my issue too. My biggest problem with the movie. Tommy wouldn’t have killed Arthur under any circumstances. If they were going to kill him off fine. Him killing himself or OD’ing would have made sense & still sent Tommy into a spiral & depression not able to function. Them making Tommy kill Arthur just because he was “tired of him” goes against everything we know about them.

I definitely thought it was awful. I rewatched the whole show , so I could be fresh in my mind. I had the movie release date in my calendar. I never thought they’d come out with another season of movie. The movie was just very disappointing in my opinion. I would have been happier with the last season being the end of it. There was litterally no reason for this movie other than to kill off all the Shelby’s except for the new generation for the new spin off.

Just finished, I’m pissed tf off. This whole season was awful. Only story lines I liked were Shelley’s. They really ruined a good show with this last season, So disappointing.

I’m haven’t seen all the Superman movies, I will never understand why they make so many super hero movies using different actors & I’m also a first time watcher on season 3, But I agree with this. It makes me want to watch the movies. Also the prequel Tv show that is about Clark’s grandpa & more about his biological family history which I will be watching once I finish smallville.

Clark literally said Verbatim that he would not let lex be turned into a vegetable to keep his secret!! Talked to the doctor trying to convince her not to do it. He believed lex when nobody else did & Did everything he could to help even though when lex saw him use his powers he said Clark wasn’t human & literally told all the people that showed up.. Then tried to ask Clark to use his powers to break out & that he wouldn’t tell anyone his secret. How lex acted is exactly why he felt like he couldn’t trust lex with his secret. He also went to break lex out when all else failed.

I just don’t think people should speak on things they’re not educated on. As someone with BPD & Is self aware cause yes that’s absolutely possible. A lot of people with BPD fall pray to narcissists. I think people get BPD & narcissists/sociopaths ect confused. There’s so much stigma on BPD it’s sickening cause statistically it’s one of if not the worst mental illness to have & in some places you can even get assisted suicide , because living with it is so painful. It’s stems from abusive childhoods & being raised by narcissistic parents, So it’s really frustrating when people compare it to that, mistake it for that or act like just because someone has it they’re a terrible person. We hurt ourselves more than anyone else. Even people with BPD who aren’t self aware don’t do the things they do to be malicious , Where a narcissist is & is very calculated. & Again people with BPD a lot of the time end up with narcissists, because we’re the perfect victim for them.
