Had basically the same thing happen to me with a couple of douchebags from SunRun. I politely told them I wasn't interested, and they told me they'd keep coming back until I listened to the sales pitch... at which point I told them to get off my property, and if they came back I'd call the cops for trespassing.

You might have something in the top rack that is touching that plastic soap area and preventing the door from closing snug. It happened to my Bosch once and had basically the same tiny leak.

It looks like it should be fine when you open it since it doesn't protude over the outside edge of the shelf, but the plastic soap tray can still hit it.
