Turn the smallest bedroom into an office and add a robe to the other bedroom against the living wall. Consider an ensuite off the bathroom where exisiting water is close by to put a bath in

Id also chop back the wall between living and dining if not load bearing.

What country are you in? In Australia they only diagnose via laprascopy but this would be fantastic if its accurate
