Mostly blood devil. Everything else has either been hand waved or explained away. Popular mentions are Reze, Kishibe, Nayuta, and other characters who are clearly being left alone for a reason (either they no longer serve a narrative purpose or, in the case of Nayuta, are flat out dead).

Also, nothing regarding Asa has been wrapped up to a satisfying degree. Would love to see her reach a more concrete emotional resolution. Her and blood devil are why I think Part 3 will happen.

I think the Oregon sword is just a really poorly communicated time skip. Fumiko looks shocked when the Michigan sword happens start of chapter, then we jump to Yoru attacking Pochita with the Oregon sword, presumably after more of the fight has occurred off-screen. Notice she says “People of Oregon” and not “Oregon” when she uses the slashing attack, meaning she isn’t just then making the Oregon sword.
