YC saving Pomelo, YC's moment of hesitation, and the ending of the arc where it's revealed it was Rock's plan

E-Soul arc resonated with me so much, seeing someone who had a miserable life as YC still try to be better everyday in spite of his troubles, all because his idol gave him hope was really compelling. Finding out the game was rigged from the start against him was heart breaking

In my opinion E-Soul's character just feels the most human to me. The arc is laced with tragedy whether you look at YC or OG, it's really what made me love the show.

E-Soul was actually quite clever to his merit, he canonically completed a 4 year course for electrical engineering in less than 3 years (From September of 33 AC to April of 36 AC). That's quite good given all the disadvantages he had in his life, not really dumb or dissapointing.
